Design for an interactive
music album experience

This conceptual project is an interactive album application for desktop use, inspired by Jónsi's music and lyrics. After 16 years as a Sigur Rós frontman he released Go, breaking the language barrier and singing in English for the first time.

The shape of the circle breaking with each transition reflects that idea of breaking the language barrier. The color scheme is inspired by the lilikoi fruit (purple and yellow), which is a recurring symbol throughout the album. 

Using Flash and ActionScript 3 I built a prototype to showcase Jónsi's powerful, free spirited record. Here you can see an app walkthrough.
