Somewhere in between the lights going off and the crowd cheering with anticipation, there’s me: making myself small in the photo-pit and watching it all unveil through the camera lens. From the funny sticker on the guitar, to the way the crowd jumps in unison. From the front-row tears of joy to the dance parties happening by the bar. From the marquee to the crowd surfer. Here for it all, checking every angle, watching every face.

I’ve been capturing concert experiences since 2016 in the Chicago area, as part of the photography team at JBTV Studio and Sofar Sounds. Nowadays, you can find me shooting for my favorite venues (Metro Chicago and Thalia Hall).
